Terms & Conditions

All sales are final after 24 hours from the exact time of purchase.

Orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned after this 24-hour window. If an order has already shipped, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are accepted under any circumstances.

Any approved cancellation or refund within the 24-hour window will incur a 10% processing fee.

Product photos are for general reference only. Actual products, materials, and designs may vary from images shown and may change at any time without notice.

PKFAB is not liable for any issues, failures, or damages that occur during or after installation or use of our products. All parts are installed and used entirely at the purchaser’s own risk.

Any hardware, heims, bolts, shocks, coils, bushings, or components not manufactured by PKFAB carry no warranty of any kind and are sold AS IS.

All products are sold for off-road use only. Use on or off the road is strictly at the consumer’s own risk.

PKFAB is not responsible for any damage, loss, or claims related to shipping. Any lost or damaged packages must be resolved directly with the carrier (UPS, freight, etc.). Once an order leaves our facility, the customer assumes full responsibility for installation, use, and any associated risks.

PKFAB is not liable for any failures, damages, injuries, or death resulting from installation, use, or misuse of any PKFAB product.

By placing an order or making a payment, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to all terms, conditions, and policies listed on this website.

Limited Warranty

PKFAB offers a limited lifetime warranty on all in-house fabricated steel parts only. This warranty covers welds and steel fabrication failures under normal use and applies solely to the original purchaser. Warranty is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required.

Warranty Exclusions & Voiding Conditions

This warranty is void if any of the following occur:

  • Any modification is made to the original part
  • The product is used in racing or extreme off-road applications
  • Failure is due to improper installation, incorrect usage, or neglect
  • Failure is caused by collision, impact, or any type of altercation
  • We reasonably determine the product has been misused, abused, or improperly handled

Items Not Covered Under Warranty

The following items are not covered under this warranty:

  • Heims and misalignments
  • Bushings, hardware, bolts, and nuts
  • Threaded components, weld bungs
  • Shocks, coils, air bags
  • Air management components, controllers, and related air-ride parts
  • Any parts not manufactured by PKFAB

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on any products. Warranty only applies to PKFAB steel fabricated parts and welds that fail under normal operation and use.

PKFAB is not responsible for vehicle damage, personal injury, bodily harm, or death resulting from failure or use of any product—whether to the purchaser or others. The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the use of all PKFAB products.

Privacy Policy

PKFAB takes your privacy seriously. Your personal data is protected using modern encryption and security protocols.

We do not store or share customers’ personal payment information. All credit card transactions are encrypted and securely processed through Square. PKFAB does not have access to your full card details.

PKFAB does not sell, share, or allow access to your personal information to any third party, except as required to process payments or comply with applicable law.

Shipping Policy

Most orders over $150 ship free within the lower 48 states via UPS Ground.

Items weighing over 25 lbs are not eligible for free shipping. Please contact us to arrange shipping options and pricing for these items.

Certain items are excluded from free shipping, including some non-PKFAB components such as shocks and other third-party parts.

Orders shipping outside the lower 48 states or internationally do not qualify for free shipping.

Transit times are estimates based on UPS Ground and typically range from 4–7 business days after shipment.

In-stock items generally ship within 1–3 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).

Most fabricated products are built to order and have lead times listed in their product descriptions. All lead and ship times are approximate, not guaranteed, and may vary based on workload and parts availability.
